2023 is here, and it is in full swing. It is crazy how it feels like the year just started and now we are already two weeks in. That is why it is the best time for you to flip that mental switch and start showing up.
No, I do not mean literally arriving somewhere, I mean generally in life, it is time to bring it emotionally and mentally. Bring everything you have to the table with everything you do. Step on the gas, do the work, and just show up.

In today's fast-paced world, it is easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of our daily lives. We are constantly working towards the next big goal, always pushing ourselves to be more productive and successful.
However, in all this hustle, it is easy to overlook one of the most important career tip out there: show up.
When we talk about "showing up," we do not just mean physically being present in the office. Sure, that is part of it, but showing up goes beyond that.
It means being engaged and actively participating in meetings, offering to help on projects, and being a team player. It means being reliable and dependable, and following through on commitments. It means putting in the effort and the work to be a valuable member of the team.
Showing up is not always glamorous and exciting. It often means putting in the time and energy to work on the small, unglamorous tasks that are necessary for the team to function.
But it is these small, unglamorous tasks that are often the backbone of any successful project or business. And it is often the people who consistently show up and do the work who are the most valued by their colleagues and managers, as well as see the most success in their career.

Taking the time to work on your skills, manage your network, and take mentorship opportunities will give you a huge advantage in your career, and it will open doors for growth and advancement opportunities.

It can include tone, it can be made to sound like someone else’s writing, and the whole thing is completely correct. Anything from math problems to coding, and even fully written articles like the one you just read.
Yes, I still sprinkled in information and my own writing style within the article, but a lot of this article was written by an AI generated prompt I searched for.

Scary, though as well. This should make you feel a few things:
